Control Panel - Show Profiles

Changing a user's status from non-authorised to authorised and back again is done via the Show Profiles page in Jomres's backend configuration. Clicking on Show Profiles from the Jomres Control Panel/Components menu will bring up a list of every registered user on the system.
You can choose to make a user an Authorised user by clicking on the green tick under the 'Currently authorised' column.

Next you need to assign them to a property. Do this by clicking the green tick after their current property.

To change the user from a Receptionist to a Property Manager You will see a green tick after their Access Level column in Show Profiles. Click on that and a new page gives you the option to change them to a Property Manager.

If you want to make somebody a Super Property Manager then go back to the Currently Authorised list again and you'll see a new dropdown that you can use to change them to a Super Property Manager. If that dropdown's missing they they're still a Receptionist, so change them to a Property Manager first.
If you allow users to register their own properties you will not need to authorise a user as this is done automatically, and by default they will be Property Managers (but not Super Property Managers).
