When you have enabled Advanced or Micromanage tariff editing modes you are also able to create and edit room/resource features. Room features can be assigned to individual rooms, and in the booking form, if room features have been created and assigned to rooms the guest is able to filter the rooms/resources based on those room features.
Note, this filtering only works when the rooms list is set to the
"classic" view.
To view room features, you need to click on the Tariffs and Resources option in the manager's toolbar and change to the Rm features tab.
Clicking on the Edit icon, you can then edit an existing room feature. Alternatively clicking on the Add icon you can add a new room feature.
Once you've created one or more room features, you can then assign them to individual rooms, as in the below image. Here we've gone back to the rooms list tab and clicked on a room to edit it's details.
Now, when you look at the booking form, you'll see a list of room features above the rooms list. When no features are selected then all available rooms are offered in the available rooms list.
However, if one or more of these features are selected then the available rooms are filtered based on their room features.
