Other settings - Discounting

There are two discounting options available to you depending on your property type.

SRP

If your property is an SRP then you can use the Last Minute discounting feature that is configured from the General Configuration (option 22 on your toolbar).

This feature allows you to offer a discount on bookings if the start of that booking is within N days, where N is the number of days from today, eg 30. This is a useful feature that you can use to encourage bookings if you have some spaces in the near future. If this feature is active, then the discount will be noted in the property listing and property details pages, thereby helping to drive more guests to your booking form.

MRP

The MRP's discounting system is much more sophisticated as it's offers varying degrees of discounts for different room types depending on the level of occupancy for each room type.
