Your toolbar
Ok, let's take a look at your toolbar. Click here to see a popup that you can keep open while you follow this guide.

The first row is common to all property users, be they receptionists or managers.
If you are a receptionist type user then you will see just the next row (options 5-12),
If you are a property manager, then you'll also see the third row (although possibly not options 18, 23 or 24).
Let's look at each of these rows in more depth.
The first row has several fields, they are as follows:
1. Property switch field : if you have more than one property on the sytem then you can switch your current property using this dropdown. The number after the property name is your unique property id.
2. Initial select field : If you have multiple properties you can quickly navigate in the dropdown list to the properties with a certain first character using this dropdown.
3. Booking number search : Input booking numbers here to search for them by pressing return after filling the input box.
4. Clicks : A simple count of the number of clicks your property has received.
The next row of buttons link to reception specific functions, which are as follows

7. New booking : Click on a guest's name to view/edit that booking
