An experimental plugin to change the date pickers to month pickers in the booking form. Within the booking engine it changes the arrival date to the first of the chosen month, and the departure date to the first day of the month immediately following the 'departure' date chosen in the booking form. You will need to rename the 'arrival' and 'departure' labels to something more meaningful, like 'First month' and 'Last month' respectively.
