Subscriptions

General description
This feature allows you to run a Jomres portal and also make some money, by charging property owners for each property they list on your site. This will charge per listing (per month/per year, etc) and -not- per each booking the owners receive.
You can enable this feature from Site Configuration -> Misc tab. After enabling this functionality, you`ll see two new buttons in your jomres control panel:

- A cron job called 'subscriptions' will be run daily to check if a subscription is expired or not. If it`s expired, the properties added using that subscription plan will be unpublished and the owner will be prompted to renew the subscription.
- When registering a property, the property owner is presented with the subscription packages list instead of the property registration form, from which he has to choose the desired subscription plan. After the paypal payment is made, the owner can add a number of properties allowed by the subscription plan.
