Setting up your property

This system aims to be as complete and powerful a system as possible. Unlike other systems that force you to work their way, limiting your options when it comes to how you deal with your customers, this system aims to put you firmly in the driving seat. It offers you many options to help you to display your property to prospective clients, some which you will not need or perhaps never even see, and some which you will use almost daily.

Before you can manager your property, it first needs to be created. For the purpose of this guide we are going to assume that you will be registering your own property on the server. Assuming that you are a registered user of the site and you've found the link that allows you to register your own property you should have a page that looks similar to the following image:

Choose your country, then the region for your property and click Submit.

Next you'll be able to fill in some more details of the property. For now, just fill in the parts marked as Required, you can come back to the rest later. Click submit when you're ready.

In this example the property manager has chosen to define their property as a SRP. Not visible in the example is the dropdown list where they choose to define their property as 1 Bedroom, 2 bedrooms etc.

If your site administrator has already created a property for you then hey presto, when you visit the link that they supplied you with to visit your online property you should already see the property manager's toolbar.
