General description

This page allows you to list all the properties in the system and if required apply different commission rates (if created) to each. You can also click the Edit icon to view the specific properties details, commissioning sales and booking information, and the property API key, which is useful for remotely accessing your Jomres system.

Assigning a commission rate to a property

Click on the 'List properties' button in your Jomres control panel and you`ll be taken to a new screen where all the properties in the system are listed. Properties who`s background color is red have not yet had a commission rate applied to them. On the right side of each property, you have a dropdown from which you can select a commission rate to associate it with the corresponding property. This commission rate has to be already defined in the List Commission Rates.

View other statistics

In the list properties screen, you can click on the buttons on the left and you`ll be taken to a new screen where you can see statistics about the number of bookings, bookings value and earned commissions. You can`t edit anything here. This feature is just for information purposes.

Final notes

The 'List properties' feature will not help you edit the property details, tariffs or settings. All properties management can be done only from the frontend.
