Yes, but only in a very limited manner.

If you want to download an upgrade or a plugin, Jomres will send the license number you've saved so that we can ensure that you still have the right to download such data. Jomres does not send back any other identifying information.


The Jomres license system requires the the license number be validated from time to time, so when the license key is installed, and every 15 days, Jomres will check with the license server at license-server.jomres.net to ensure that the license has not expired.

In the event of a license key failure the error will be logged against your account and we can see the error, which is useful when diagnosing issues, but no information about your server usernames, passwords etc are collected, the only thing recorded is the hostname and IP that the failure issued from.
