Clone property

From Jomres v4 manual

This is an Administrator area plugin that allows the site manager to clone all of the features, including the tariffs, of an individual property to a new property.

When it has been installed, there will be a new icon in the administrator manager's which will allow you to clone an existing property, follow the onscreen instructions to create a new property based on the old one.
